“The CPES session (June Dinner Meeting 2016) was a terrific opportunity to hear directly from key participants regarding the noteworthy and perhaps still dynamic areas (or at least still not quite clear to all prospective participants) concerning the Community Solar RFP. The forum was not only a useful, fact-based summary but also really helpful in conveying more of the color-commentary; for example, the entirely appropriate and expected professional tensions that exist among the stakeholders during these important times of change and transition.”
